About

The Utah Olympic Legacy was born with the arrival of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. When the state of Utah was flooded with the world’s best athletes it fostered a need in the state to continue the training and education of both spectators and future Olympians.

The Legacy now resides in two facilities outside Salt Lake City at the Utah Olympic Park and the Utah Olympic Oval. Both facilities were built for the 2002 Olympic Games and now continue to serve as training sites, educational facilities, and exhibitions of the winter sports.

The facilities are open year round to athletes and locals  by offering classes, giving shows, and hosting events. Learn more about activities around the park and visit the Utah Olympic Legacy Site by clicking here.
